Suppliers are an important part of Ontario's innovative and ever-growing wine industry. To join Ontario Craft Wineries as a trade supplier member, please submit the form below and we will be in touch shortly to complete the process.

Annual Membership is active for 1 year
Fee of $500 plus HST annually
